Event management for Create Connect Make Fest employed by The Brick Box. This event was a part of the Keighley Arts and Film Festival that took place at the Keighley Library. A creative get-together a programme of crafting activities, music and dancing, film, spoken word and workshops.
During September – October 2022, I joined Cecil Green Arts as an intern for their yearly lantern parade at Bradford Lister Park ‘Together We Rise’.
My role included facilitating weekly workshops at their space and in schools in the lead-up to the big event! Including making my own lantern/puppet to showcase in the parade, and installing the fire drawing on the day of the parade!

The Creativity Council, is a group of people who are all passionate about the Creative Arts in the Bradford District; we range from Producers, Theatre Practitioners, Production Managers, Poets, Musicians, Promoters, Pop-culture Critics and Creative Allies. We are Indian, Pakistani, African, White British, working class, LGBTQIA+, disabled, aged 20-70. We bring together a wealth of local and creative knowledge and expertise; we encompass an array of creative and non-creative disciplines with a common goal of bringing new live arts to Bradford audiences.
We created a multidisciplinary immersive public event that explores different artists’ interpretation of the word ‘Sustenance’ - We all need sustenance, it shapes us, it nourishes us, it enables us to be, enables us to support others to live our lives together and alone. The event was named ‘BD Creative Constellations’. I played the role of co-producer and Marketing and Comms Officer.
Our Street Gallery hosted a a jam-packed programme of arts, craft and creativity for #BDFest2022 at Kirkgate, Bradford. My role included Co-Producer and Marketing, Graphics & Comms Officer.
